LIABILITY OF USE: Results may vary from one person to another. Therefore, I cannot take responsibility for the results of your actions and/or any undue harm, that may result from any information that you use from the coaching sessions, training materials, and/or the company website. Please use personal judgement prior to taking any action steps derived from a coaching session, company materials, and/or the company website.
Please note, your ultimate success may be contingent upon the following factors: a) your own efforts b) personal circumstances c) other factors that are outside of my control. Therefore, Renew the View, LLC., cannot guarantee results.
CLIENT SAFETY: At Renew the View, LLC., your safety is of the utmost importance. Therefore, if it is determined that your safety is at risk, in any way, the session may end sooner than planned. Also, in keeping with client safety, Renew the View, LLC., will not hold a session if you are driving. If it is determined that a client’s safety is otherwise at risk, Renew the View, LLC., may proceed with other safety protocols that may involve, calling the client’s emergency contact on file, or local emergency services/9-1-1. **Please note, if the session ends early due to safety concerns, rescheduling of the session can occur. **
CONFIDENTIALITY: Renew the View, LLC., will not share personal client information, unless otherwise given permission to do so by the client. This consent would be finalized with the client’s signature in record.
PRIVACY: Renew the View, LLC. respects the privacy of every client. However, the website may use cookies to track engagement data with clients. Also, cookies may be used through a third-party payment processing company, to ensure that appropriate services are rendered and offered to you, as the client. (note: this third-party company is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI).
DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION: Renew the View, LLC., will provide information to clients verbally (e.g., in a coaching session), and/or electronically. The company will not provide information via text, unless otherwise given permission to do so by the client. This consent would be finalized with the client’s signature in record.
COMMUNICATION/NON-DEFAMATION: Misuse of information is not permitted, including the sharing/posting of false information about Renew the View, LLC., the services provided by the company, and/or the owner/coach to other persons, on social media, or through other communication formats.
EXPECTATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Confirmation: Once you schedule the days and times for your session(s), you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours to your email address on file. It is your responsibility to keep track of each session day/time, accordingly.
2. Session Time: Your time is very valuable to me. As your coach, I (“the owner”) will meet with you at the agreed upon time to complete each session with you, accordingly. You (“the client”) are expected to attend each session on time, as scheduled. If, for any reason, you are late to your session, please understand that you may/may not receive additional time for said session.
3. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please notify Renew the View, LLC. by email, at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session date/time. (If not, you may be charged an inconvenience fee of $50 for improper notice). A confirmation of the rescheduled date will be sent to your email address on file, within 24 hours. (**sickness/personal emergencies are exceptions**)
4. Sickness/Emergencies: In the event of an emergency or sickness, please notify me at Renew the View, LLC. as soon as possible. I understand that life happens, so please contact me by the next business day (after said sickness or emergency) to discuss scheduling options. If I (“the owner”) have a personal sickness or emergency, I will notify you as soon as possible, to discuss rescheduling options.
5. No Shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled session, you will not be given an extra session. You will still have your remaining sessions from the coaching package, as part of the client agreement.
6. Cancellation/Refund: If you would like to cancel your coaching package and client agreement, you can contact Renew the View, LLC. to request a refund by email, no less than 30 days prior to the start of the first scheduled coaching session.
7. Payments: Once you select a coaching package, you are responsible for paying the fees associated with the client agreement, upon signing. Payments options are available. Please visit https://renewtheview.co for more information.
8. CHARGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT: You (“the client”) will be charged for the coaching package upon signing the client agreement. If additional fees are assessed based on the Terms and Conditions of this contract, you are responsible for paying said fees prior to the next coaching session. Please understand that if these fees are not paid accordingly, Renew the View, LLC. may charge your account using your card information, already on file.
